We offer digital software licenses or digital rights to use the software described. The product name, term, number of devices or users, compatibility and scope stated in the product description are decisive.

4. Contract and payment

For direct orders through cozy.hmcak.org, the customer submits a binding order using the “Place order and pay” button. Payment is processed through Stripe. Orders through eBay or Shopify are subject to the order and payment conditions shown there.

5. Digital delivery

No CDs, DVDs, USB sticks or other physical media are shipped. License information is provided by email. The delivery time stated for the relevant product applies.

6. Prices

The total price displayed in the relevant checkout applies. For direct orders through cozy.hmcak.org, the total price displayed in the checkout is decisive.

7. Statutory rights

Consumers retain their statutory rights in relation to defects. Statutory rights concerning defective digital products are not restricted by these terms.

8. Cancellation

Consumers generally have a statutory right of cancellation. Details and special rules for digital content are set out in the separate cancellation policy. The right of cancellation is not excluded merely because the product is a license key.

9. Final provisions

German law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
