Delivery method

The license information required to use the product is sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Orders received Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 are processed on the same business day. Orders received outside these hours are processed from the next business day.

Digital delivery follows the delivery time stated for the relevant product.
