Right of cancellation

You generally have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The applicable period and its start depend on the contract and the legal requirements.

Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium

For digital content, the right of cancellation may expire before the end of the cancellation period if the statutory requirements are met. This includes the consumer expressly agreeing that performance may begin before the cancellation period expires and acknowledging that the right of cancellation is lost when performance begins.

Important: Returns are not excluded solely because the product is a software license.
