2. Website delivery

This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Technically necessary data such as IP address, time of access, requested resource, browser and device information may be processed to deliver the website, maintain security and detect technical problems.

3. Contact

If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we process the information you provide to handle your request and, where necessary, to take pre-contractual steps or perform a contract.

4. External sales channels

Product pages may contain links to eBay and Shopify. If you follow such a link, the respective external provider processes data under its own privacy information.

5. Orders and payments

Orders can be placed directly through cozy.hmcak.org. Payments are processed by Stripe. Full payment card details are not stored by Cozy Vibes Trading; they are processed by the payment service provider. Order and payment-status information is stored for contract processing.

6. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as required for the relevant purpose or to comply with statutory retention obligations.
